Earnings Estimates:
- Our average commission = $12,000
- 25% = $3000
- Deductions
- -$150 Company Transaction Fee
- Up to -$300 per transaction Association Membership payback (first 3 closings)
- Net to you $2550 per closing (pre-tax earnings)
- You should expect 3-8 closings or more per year
School Fees:
We pay all your initial fees up front: $1600 Total!
Here’s a breakdown of all we cover for you:
- Hogan Real Estate School – 90 hour pre-licensing course – $700
- Arizona Association of Realtors – $175
- Tucson Association of Realtors – $230
- National Association of Realtors – $201
- Multiple Listing Service Fees – $290
(Realtor Associations Dues are Reimbursed to us out of your first 3 closings @ $300 per closing)
